Mi chiamo Elena. Ho deciso di dare finalmente alla fotografia lo spazio che sembrava chiedermi da tanto tempo dopo qualche deviazione universitaria: ho studiato lettere classiche e poi antropologia, perchè in fondo mi affascinano le persone e il modo in cui si relazionano tra loro e con me.
Penso che l'unica vera ricchezza che abbiamo in fondo siano le relazioni e il tempo per coltivarle.
Ognuno di noi è un pianeta intero, e c'è così tanta bellezza gratis intorno a noi che merita di essere raccontata.

My name is Elena. I decided to finally give photography the space it seemed to ask for so long after some university detours: I studied classical literature and then anthropology, because at heart I am fascinated by people and the way they relate to each other and to me.
I think the only real wealth we have at the end of the day is relationships, and the time to cultivate them. Each of us is a whole planet, and there is so much free beauty around us that deserves to be told.
I have been selected for the ImageNation Paris international exhibitions in Paris in May 2023 and in New York in March 2024.
